Prior to joining TCC, Joel held the role of Head of Resourcing at Equiniti Hazell Carr, where he spent over a decade helping highly regulated industries fulfil long and short-term resourcing needs. Here, Joel worked with some of the UK’s largest organisations in the financial services sector.
