How to become a TCC Associate
All of our Associates must provide references and be willing to undertake a criminal reference check, as well as credit and identity checks. We verify all of our Associates’ abilities and take the time to get to know them through an interview and assessment either at our Leeds based Conduct Risk Centre or our London Head Office.
We require our Associates to live the TCC values when they are contracted by us. Our culture reflects the attributes that our clients value. We pride ourselves on putting the interests of our clients above our own and going above and beyond expectations.
