TCC has joined the SME Climate Hub community as part of our ongoing efforts to help tackle climate change and embrace more sustainable business practices.

As a participant of this important worldwide initiative, we’ve committed to taking meaningful action towards lowering our impact on the environment in line with the United Nations’ Race to Zero campaign – including halving our emissions by 2030.

The SME Climate Hub is a non-profit global organisation that empowers small-to-medium-sized businesses to take meaningful steps to combat climate change, manage their resources more efficiently and support the collective move towards a healthier, ‘zero carbon’ planet.

It also provides assistance for companies wishing to build more resilient business strategies – including protections against climate-related disruptions and closures – as they look towards the future.

The project was originally devised through a collaboration between the We Mean Business Coalition, the Exponential Roadmap Initiative and the Race to Zero campaign with support from Normative and the Net Zero team at Oxford University.

As an eco-minded business and member of the UK’s Business Climate Leaders campaign, we’re delighted to have taken this crucial step in supporting a greener future – and look forward to sharing our annual progress towards carbon neutrality!
