We have an exciting opportunity to join TCC as a Sales and Marketing Executive, supporting the Sales Operations function and Marketing team.

TCC and Recordsure are owned by the same shareholder group. They are separate legal entities, with separate market-facing brands, but managed to a common operating model by a leadership team that spans both businesses. Each works as a close partner of the other, leveraging synergies where they exist, to deliver outcomes that matter for our clients. As an established forward-thinking financial services consultancy and managed service provider, TCC helps its clients solve their most pressing compliance challenges through a combination of deep regulatory expertise and next-generation technology. Recordsure is an industry-leading provider of AI speech and documents analytics aimed at the Financial Services, Government and Utilities sectors in both the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will have an ability to work effectively and efficiently, supporting the Sales Operations function and the Marketing team. They will need to develop a basic understanding of Financial Services and Artificial Intelligence, with a corresponding deeper understanding of our products and services. We work to a very high bar and seek someone with the same values and mindset.

This is a permanent full-time role, based remotely from within the UK. Occasional travel to the Leeds office or to client sites may be required.
