Culture

We believe culture is the key to success in financial services

All our services are uniquely designed with this in mind. As part of any project, we help our clients to understand to true root causes of conduct risks and fix them before they crystallise – connecting organisational culture, conduct risk and commercial success.

Leading by example

At TCC, we practice what we preach. We’re proud to be an equal opportunities employer and are constantly working hard to ensure our colleagues can thrive.

That’s why we’re committed to maintaining a healthy internal culture, fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging through the work of our Diversity & Inclusion Committee and encouraging culture change by identifying and implementing green initiatives through the work of our Green Team.

Committing to the future health of our planet: NetZero by 2030

We’re serious about climate change and we’re doing what we can to reduce our emissions and impact on the environment.

That’s why we’ve joined the UK’s Business Climate Leaders campaign, committing our carbon reduction to net zero by 2030.

Driven by our internal Green Team, we’re taking steps to reduce emissions across our business, including:

  • Moving to green energy
  • Eliminating unnecessary waste and encouraging recycling
  • Encouraging colleagues to adopt green behaviours

You can commit too – find out what the commitment involves.

We're championing gender diversity

We’re proud to have strong female leadership and high female representation in our workforce. We’re smashing industry averages, which traditionally sit well below 40% female representation in all categories.

A passionate supporter of female entrepreneurs, our founder and Exec Chair Joanne Smith, applauds the positive change taking place in both the financial services and tech industries. Joanne has won many awards over the years for her work championing female entrepreneurship and innovation within the industry.
