2014
We secure a £10m investment from the Business Growth Fund (BGF) to aid further growth.
2013

Work begins on the development of RecordSure, a compliance solution which detects and mitigates compliance risk, improves monitoring efficiency and reduces compliance costs.

We begin to reap the rewards of our innovative approach, winning ‘Complinet’s Most Practical Consulting Group award’ for two consecutive years.
2004
We open our UK Operations Centre, a central hub for outsourced review, redress and complaint handling solutions. This results in winning our first £million contract.
