We are a forward-thinking, technology focused financial services consultancy, working with some of the UK’s largest financial services firms. We’re constantly innovating to expand our range of tech-enabled solutions that, paired with our compliance expertise, transform culture and conduct in financial services. We’re also expanding geographically – earlier this year we launched TCC in Australia.

So, we’re now on the hunt for some new talent to help take us to the next level. We need someone who can:

  • Lead on creative headlining and transform technical subject matter into interesting, creative copy that our clients want to read
  • Create stunning visual and motion content using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Take ownership of managing our digital channels: social media, email and website


The role

  • Creative concepting and crafting engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, paid-for advertising and web content
  • Design and production of visual creative (both still and motion) to support campaigns, brand communications and client engagement
  • Become a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone and design across the business
  • Taking responsibility for optimising our digital channels, improving engagement across social media and email marketing
  • Working with teams across the business to design and build client communications, including proposals and bespoke content for our client accounts


Required qualities, skills & experience

  • Qualified at degree level in relevant subject or level 6 professional equivalent
  • 3+ years in relevant B2B role(s)
  • A background in B2B professional services and/or financial services compliance would be a real benefit
  • Highly creative and full of ideas with strong design skills (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress
  • Social media and online advertising experience, particularly on LinkedIn
  • SEO best practice knowledge and experience
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent English language writing skills
  • Equally able to work independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across the business, at all levels
  • Genuine interest in FinTech, culture and the financial services landscape
