TCC Client Account Director (New Business)

£80,000 (depending on experience) + commission
Permanent Remote - UK - occasional travel

Role summary

Drive new business growth through direct client sales, interim resourcing deals, and cross‑selling TCC Group services. Required industry experience in operating in financial services, compliance & risk / remediation.

Experience and skills

  • Background in financial services, ideally within compliance, risk or remediation, and ability to operate in an entrepreneurial high-growth culture.
  • Established senior‑level network across wealth, banking, retail, and life & pensions, including experience selling to C‑suite
  • Commercially astute with excellent client‑facing, relationship‑building and interpersonal skills
  • Disciplined in consultative (and/or challenger) sales approaches, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to build and execute account plans, sales strategies and a strong, well‑managed pipeline. Self‑starting and results‑driven, comfortable with managing sales opportunities end-to-end
  • Bring strong commercial focus to all activity, with attention to margin, recurring revenue and sustainable account growth

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree, within business preferred
