We are seeking a number of Advertising Approval consultants that are highly experienced and skilled in the review, approval and sign off of financial promotions, including Websites and Social Media platforms and content, to Regulatory standards, including the use of trading styles.

Interested individuals will require:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar approval-related role in financial services
• Experience in a regulated environment and able to sign off and approve financial promotions to regulatory standards
• Detailed understanding of financial services advertising standards and requirements including FCA regulations and TCF principles
• In-depth understanding of the FCA, ASA, Ofcom, and Data Protection / GDPR rules and how they apply to financial promotions
• Previous experience of dealing with advisers, providers, and internal support functions
• Experience of proactively managing a pipeline of work against SLAs and meeting deadlines

Start date: January 2023

Duration: 3-month initial term

Rate:£400 – £450 per day (Depending on Experience)
