TCC’s Head of Culture, Olivia Fahy, is in Money Marketing this month arguing that advice firms need to consider their wider approach to leadership as we move into a post-pandemic world. She says:

  • Traditional hierarchies have been flattened as a result of the pandemic and enforced remote working.
  • This is likely to continue given the rise of hybrid working and a increasing expectation of staff and clients alike for a sense of business purpose.
  • Changes to the way we work post-pandemic shouldn’t end with flexible working arrangements. Leaders need to take stock of all the various changes that have occurred in the past eighteen months and integrate them into their leadership approach.
