We’re delighted to announce that our Hemisphere culture intelligence platform has been shortlisted for the title of Most Disruptive Financial Sector Technology at the 2021 FStech Awards.
Launched in 2020, Hemisphere is an industry-first analytics platform that decrypts organisational data, providing financial services organisations with the intelligence to assess and transform their culture.
Hemisphere leverages cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver real-time culture intelligence at speed. The solution’s versatile functionality links with firms’ existing data sources such as MS Teams and Slack to allow them to make the most of the culture information already available within their businesses.
Armed with this intelligence, senior leaders have the power to assess, track and evidence a healthy culture to the FCA – whilst simultaneously unlocking key behavioural insights to drive efficiencies, reduce compliance risks and provide better outcomes for consumers.
“The impact Hemisphere has had already proves there’s a real appetite for assessing culture in a meaningful way, beyond just producing MI,” said TCC’s Head of Culture Olivia Fahy, “and for it to be shortlisted for this award is especially exciting, as it proves the power of our technology to help drive the culture transformation required within the industry.
“When firms focus on driving a healthy culture, everyone wins. Firms can reduce costs, achieve stronger compliance and harness a loyal customer base that delivers consistent value. Meanwhile employees are treated well, customers get better outcomes, and we all benefit from trust and confidence in our sector.”
Hemisphere forms part of TCC’s rapidly expanding portfolio of smart RegTech solutions, which combine artificial intelligence and automation with hands-on human expertise to reduce risk, streamline processes and boost efficiencies in all areas of regulatory compliance.
This latest award shortlisting is the second time we have been recognised by industry peers for our commitment to innovation this year after taking home the prize for ‘Best RegTech Company’ at the FinTech Breakthrough Awards in March.
This year’s FStech Awards marks the 21st edition of the annual ceremony. The prestigious event highlights the work of financial services technology providers from across the European and EMEA markets that have achieved consistent excellence over the past year, with categories ranging from risk management and analytics to innovation and cybersecurity.
Winners are set to be announced at the Marriot Hotel in London, UK, on 8th September 2021.
